What if there are items missing or incorrect products in my order?
For missing or incorrectly shipped items, please contact us at contact@housemixstore.com. Provide your order number and proof (image file size should be below 1MB). We will resend the correct item at no extra cost, and you may keep the incorrect item as a courtesy.
How do I know that my order was successfully placed?
